- User can search for location, direction, by categories, by alphanumeric, by tenant, by facilities provided.
- Convenience for building provides information such as visitor sign-in, temporary badge printing, company information, scheduling, appointment setting and telephone access to tenants or employees to reduce front desk work load.
- The kiosk can also perform video playback of the corporate video or services provided when the kiosk is idle
- Options of 2nd display purely for advertising or sponsor advertisement to enhance their corporate image and services.
- All the kiosk content can be centralize from the central control room for updating and real time monitoring of the kiosk condition reduces front desk labour.
- Updates can be maintained by either internal admin staff
- Special announcements can be communicated through kiosks for increased awareness and database management through kiosk improves efficiency and customer service.
